I would like to heartily recommend the services of Jo-Lynn Acrey and her team at the Riverside office of Home Care Assistance. I have been working with them for several years and have been extremely pleased with the quality of caregivers that care for my clients, as well as the case managers, schedulers, and administration. I have agreements with several other caregiver agencies, but I turn to HCA for higher quality, better trained caregivers who can deal with my more difficult clients. I really appreciate their guidance and oversight of all of their caregivers during this pandemic. I know I can trust that they will not send a caregiver who has not been screened or who has any symptoms. More and more families are asking about this, and I proudly recommend HCA!

As a seasoned Geriatric Care Manager/Aging Life Care Professional, I am proud to recommend Home Care Assistance to my clients. I have many mutual clients with them and am continually impressed. When I make the referral, my client is quickly assigned to a Registered Nurse (RN), who then coordinates with me to set up the intake evaluation. The assigned RN then meets with me and my client and completes a VERY thorough evaluation, develops the Plan of Care, and assigns the appropriate caregivers that match the needs/personality of my client. We work as a team, which is critical to my client's well being. The RN also trains and supervises the caregivers assigned. If there are any client issues, I am notified (along with the family/responsible party) so that the issues can be resolved. I know that my clients are receiving well trained, Licensed/Certified Caregivers and an RN supervisor, which you will not find with Registries or with "Independent Contractors". I am very proud to recommend Home Care Assistance to my clients!
